Q.
My baby is 11 months 20 days from almost 15 days she stopped eating solid foods and even purees she don't want to anything and she drinks only breastmilk. What is the reason is anything wrong??

mostly it happens because of opposition to weaning or teething.
so keep your trying best by offering food as per your child taste.
prefer to offer food in soft texture.
I mean ,you can feed mashed banana,boiled mashed potatoes, chickpea, roasted paneer etc
if your child is getting teething ,it will be easy for your child to take all these soft food items.
give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
