Q.

My baby is 11 month old..she loves food.after her nap she wakes up around 4.30 pm then she plays for 30 mints then I am giving her little bit heavy meal,like pancakes,dalia etc..then again she feels hungry around 7 pm that time I am giving her little bit snacks but she wants more food I am giving her by 7.30 pm she is full and don’t want to eat dinner and wants to go to bed..can I give her dinner by 7.30 pm?and then by 9.30pm she sleeps with drinks her milk..is that ok if she have her dinner by 7.30 pm?

A. Hello dear parent! Feed your child on demand in required quantities. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Good luck and take care
