my baby is 11 month old . kya mai use ab ghr ka food de skti hu. wo dudh ni pita to usk sath flavour k liye kya de skti hu.

A. yes, you can give family food. Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana... Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..

A. Hello dear parent! You can gradually start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. You can make a homemade healthy dry fruits mix that you can add to your child’s milk or foods. Good luck and take care.
