my baby is 11 month old, her weight is 6,5kg and hb is 8mg/dl.doctor advice for iron syrup can i also give her bonnison syrup, she is having constipation and not eating anything.

The baby is 11 months of age continue to you iron to the baby if the baby is having less hemoglobin Constipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
