no need of it
instead of it ,for better digestion , give homemade healthy food.
never force feed or overfeed your child.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc in your child diet
keep your child well hydrated.
you can give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
