it is caused by food reaction , fungal Infection or nutritional deficiencies.
so ,first keep an eye on your child diet.
avoid giving sticky food items.
keep your child well hydrated
clean your child tongue using baby friendly tongue cleaner like Babyhug tongue cleaner.
give Healthy diet to your child
visit your pediatrician for once
