Q.

My baby is 11 month old but in the night she is not going in deep sleep every 30min-1hr she wakes up with crying when i feed her 5min, she sleeps again.

A. Hello Baby must not be full . you can give heavy bedtime meal like oats or ragi porridge with oats/ ragi, dry fruit powder of Almonds cashews walnuts, dates puree, or anjeer puree ghee
