my baby is 11 month old , before 2 weeks fever with cough after that she didn’t eat &drink anything only breast milk ,What will do ? please suggest solution

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treathfment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medicatihons
