my baby is 10months old, having 38C temperature fever.should we give paracetamol tonic if yes how much ml should be given and for how many hours once? her weight is 7.3kg

Yes your baby is having fever in such case you should definitely give Calpol drops and according to your babies weight you should give 0.75ML at a time. And can you repeat the medicine in every seven hours if baby doesn’t get relief but always check the temperature before giving medicine
