my 17 months old baby is having fever but now I had measured temperature it's 98.2 should I give paracetamol and how much ml

A. There is no need to give paracetamol because your child is not having fever 99°F means fever but currently there is no fever so don’t give any medicine also I’m just going to recommend you to do cold sponge that is going to help in reducing the heat over the period
