Q.
my baby is 10mnths 2days back fell from the bed on front face side he got bleed from his nose.Now bleeding has been stopped but swelling is der on his nose.we have consulted pead he gave nose drops and paracetamol ibrufin drops.pls suggest regarding swelling of his nose.

Keep ice pack or cold pack on that area that will help in reducing the swelling and if it is on the outer side you can also apply Thermophob ointment that is going to be a good option and if needed you can always consult an ENT doctor for further assessment
