my baby is 100 days old.. past three days he has started to put his tongue out a lot.. is it something of major concern.. and keeps his legs crossed most of the time

No It’s an absolutely normal behaviour of a child so don’t worry about it a lot of kids always behave like this at the age of Three months as that is somewhere or common kind of an adaption you will see to a child after completing the age of three months
