My baby is 10 months old so can i give flax seed oil and can i give egg if yes then which portion

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you should give ghee at this age.. although you can give flax seed oil but ghee is much better for ur childs age. you can start with egg yolk now.

All Kind of dry fruits seeds and nuts can be given to the child at this age also you can introduce add to the child that’s absolutely fine but initially the yellow part is going to be there and white part can only be after completing the age of 12 months
