my baby is 10 months old now...but no tooth has errupted.Can it be a sign of Concern?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi usually kids Start getting their first milk teeth from 6 months and sometimes late upto the age of 18 months..so don't be tensed and wait..keep checking for the signs of teething.
