ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. A child and start having its first teeth from the age of three months and process can go up till the age of 17 months shared a child doesn’t get a teeth by the time of 17 months then you can consult a paediatric dentist but currently this is normal
