my baby is 10 months old..he is having meals..how much milk amd water should be given..and what time??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can give water around 200 to 250 ml and milk three to four times in a day and give solid foods to the baby and finger foods to develop habit of chewing

By ten months baby can take milk around 750 ml in a day and water can be given around 100 ml.
U can also give coconut water, buttermilk to ur baby. Take care
