You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish.
Give powdered nuts like almonds, walnuts.
Add ghee to every meal.

include protein rich foods like dal rice. paneer paratha, curd rice, soya chunks chapati , khichadi , dall chapati , egg chapati
Avoid fried, junk, bakery, sugary foods.
