my baby is 10 months old and weight is 10 kg.yesterday was his mundan ceremony.from yesterday he was feeling cold and cough and vomiting also.continue draining Saliva from mouth. please suggest something

it might be combination of viral Infection and teething.
so , please offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child ,it contains antibodies and natural probiotics which will definitely help to cure this.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
