It's common for babies to start experimenting with biting around this age as they begin to grow their teeth. However, I understand it can be painful and frustrating. One technique you can try is to gently but firmly remove your baby from your breast when she bites and say a simple phrase like "no biting." This helps to teach them that biting leads to the end of the feeding. Additionally, you can try offering a teething toy or something cold to chew on before or during feedings to help soothe their gums and discourage biting. Regarding bottle feeds, have you tried different types of bottles or nipples? It may take some trial and error to find one that works for your baby. Don't give up - keep trying and remember that you're doing a great job as a parent!
