my baby is 10 months old and his cheeks show like pimples on his face.i m uploaded to face photo and medicine photo.kindly advice me which medicine to use my baby.

I am not able to find any pic here. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by applying coconut oil and your breastmilk. I would suggest to apply the same.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Don't use any soap on face.
