Q.

My baby is 10 months old, and doesn't get tears while crying. she has never got tears since birth, but the doctor said it automatically gets resolved with time. He is now 10 months old. Sometimes I see hes eyes are watery but tears don't drain out. Ofcourse I am not wanting my child to cry but usually I have seen all babies getting tears when crying. Is this normal ?

A. Actually from the time of birth kids don’t have tears in their eyes even when they cry it’s only sound and facial expression so no need to worry about it just give it two or three months more if you see that the water draws into the eyes but not coming out eventually it will start to come after a certain age when the child is unhappy or crying
