my baby is 10 months... he is going hard stool from 2 days and not taking food properly even milk also he is refusing... pls suggest

Hello mom it could be because of the condition he is not willing to eat , try not to force him , give him soft consistency foods and avoid packaged and ready to eat mixes or biscuits etc much as that mostly made of refined white flour . You can also take care of the fluid intake it is important fluids in many forms Such as water , coconut water, fresh fruit juices C dals, vegetable soups etc
