hello doctor, my baby is 2 years and 6 month old. recently she is not taking any food properly. she has some teething issue. she is passing hard stool. please advise

A. The baby is more than 2 years of it some babies may not be taking solid foods particularly in summer season you can do food juices coconut water milk their natural appetizers and really constipation
