My baby is 10 months 27 days old, last 2 months back weight is 7.700 gm, now 7.800 gm...he is not gaining weight..birth weight is 3.4 kg.

Babies who are full term born are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and later triple by the age of 1 as such. As per the age the baby needs to be given now soft consistency foods
