my baby is 10 months 25 days old.till now he did not get teeth is there any health issue

No there is no health issue which is associated with this as of now I would just like to clarify it for you that a child and have it for city it anytime somewhere between 3 to 17 months so if it does not happen by then on the higher side then in that case you can take an advice with a paediatric dentist
