My baby is 10 month old today seen his eyes swelling and yellow fungus discharge from eye

Currently you should clean the eyes with normal water and get it checked one time if you need to because it could be due to an irritation or infection into the eyes of the child the doctor has to confirm and then only can suggest you with any treatment for to be followed
