my baby is 10 month old.. the skin under his eyes always is slighlty (dark).. red type.. why this is so??

A. Hi mom Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash your hands often before touching your baby Apply gram flour turmeric mixture Apply lotion cream twice daily Stay hydrated Wash your hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
