my baby is 10 month old..she is on brest milk and she is not eating well...she doesn't like the solids...I tried many recipies..but she only eats 3 or 4 spoons..daily 3 times only..I am so worried about her....what can I do

A. Please add all the necessary spices including salt into the food that you are offering with proper flavour only the child is going to accept what you are giving otherwise bland food is very tasteless for them as well and instead of sugar you can use jaggery to our sweetness into the food
