A. hi parent it's hard to comment upon without proper examination it may be due to viral infection like mumps etc kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hydration

A. dr said it can b mumps but my baby is vaccinated mmr vaccine 1 month before.. nd we stay at home usually never go outside how it happens
