my baby is 10 month old her birth weight 2.150 her present weight 6.3 kg under weight her teeth also not coming yet what happened doctor suggest me

Your child is really underweight as of now I think it would be great if you check with your doctor regarding this they’ll help you with proper diet plan and supplements that you can follow which is what is going to be beneficial for overall and growth of your child
