my baby is 10 month old but her weight is only 7.8 kg she is not at all gaining weight pls help I'm giving food 4 time's a day

Can increase the intake of proteins and dairy products for the child probably that is going to be a lot helpful and beneficial in increasing the weight of the child for an assessment with your paediatrician also be a good thing to do if there’s anything required that you need to do for the same
