RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. 1ML you can give and then you can repeat it again after six hours if it is needed because these medicine specially the paracetamol that you give for fever and all can be repeated every six hours but make sure to keep taking the temperature from time to time before you give medicine to the child
