NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello since you are a breastfeeding mom make sure to have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet and include more of fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables and also avoid any spicy food and gassy causing food on the diet as your diet can effect your baby tummy
