my baby is 1 yr old took vaccination on Saturday 12/7 .her body temperature is not like high temperature but sometimes showing cool nd sometimes hot . what should I do

Maybe the temperature is in the process of reducing which is why the temperature is rising with a longer duration now continue with the paracetamol if required and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours of the vaccination done in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
