Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.

it is ok for your child to have his own specific likes and dislikes.
so don't worry.
try to offer rice in other forms like kheer, khichu, dhokla, idli, dosa, khichdi etc
you can also prepare yellow rice with the help of Turmeric powder ,green rice using palak , orange rice using kesar etc
it will help to encourage your child to take them.
