My baby is 1 yr old, he is frequently passing stool (4-5 times a day), he is exclusively breastfeeding, not eating anything and is underweight (wt is not increasing since last 3-4 months)

Is the child passing motion immediately after eating the food because with what you mentioned if your child is not eating much and the child is passing motion like this maybe the child unable to digest any weight is also not happening I think it’s time for you to consult your doctor
