my baby is 1 yr 9 months old. he was an iugr baby born @37 week. he walks, active, 16+teeth but his weight is 9 kg only and height 80+cm(b. wt 2.16 kg and height 45 cm). he talks about 10 words only. but he understands what we say and do it. eventhough he dont talk sentences, he convey us about his needs and respond us through expressions, actions and the words he talk. is there anything to concern?
