if a child is getting cuts on the lips it's better to apply the homemade butter which will helps to hydrate the dry skin.
it is because of the dehydration the child is having dry lips and cut on the skin, the child with lots of water different kind of fruits and vegetables and also if it continues better to consult with the pediatrician
