my baby is 1 yr 3 months old, today I met a general physician he told its enough to breast feed for only 6months or 1 yr. then breast feed is not required. is it true ? after one year if we breast feed will it won't be nutritious? please explain.

A. as the baby grows gradually increase the solids intake and dec the milk intake baby should hv all foods fruits and veg as to get essential nutrients for healthy growth and development.. take care...
