Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, home made paneer, butter and cheese.
Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them.
Give bananas, mangoes, avocados, pears, papaya and pineapple.
Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal.
Give chickpeas and green peas.
Give cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches.
Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes.
Give almond milk.
Give sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
