Q.

My baby is 1 year old. She was on cow milk. And now she is shifted to nanpro 3… what other milk scan she have and if not then can we give milk items like kheer, etc.

A. Hello mom avoid formula milk for him now as from the age of 1 they can now be given cows milk that is most preferable as well . And yes other milk products can be given in form of Kheer , custard , porridge as well , also panner , curd . Butter milk , ghee too
