My baby is 1 year old, she has less concentration of hair in the head. Is it normal or it's a deficiency

Could Be anything actually depends upon the kind of hair your child had initially after you got a head shaved of done because normally certain times when the child is born the hair are very light or sometimes there are no hair at all but over the period they come and once you get the child’s head shaved off completely the growth comes better after that
