give three healthy meals whatever you cook for your whole family and try to sit together with your family while having meals to develop good eating habits.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. It's good if baby is avoiding sweets. It's of no nutrient a'l value too. Rest try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
