Q.

My baby is 1 year old now.can I switch to cow milk from nestel lactogen. if yes, how much quantity of cow milk and what proportionate should be given to 1 + year old baby ? please suggest

A. About to 200 to 250 ML of milk you can give add about 20% of water into that it would be easier for your child to digest that way but start with about I think maybe hundred ML and see if your child is able to digest and that is there then you can increase the quantity
