Q.

my baby is 1 year old now but still she didnt eat solid food.except breastfeeding.if i forcefully give her solid food she get vomit.i am very worried about her.

A. i have tried everything but didnt work.

A. baby should have proper diet plan now.. have meal together make the meal time happy family time to develop interest.. break fast as poha cheela upma suji halwa uthapam idly dosa cornflakes chocos.. mid morning any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. evening snack as potato tikka bread pakoda potato tikka.. dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
