Q.

My baby is 1 year old n Hve to introduce salt n sugar now. So how much quantity needs to be given n in seeet what other alternatives cn I give him

A. at first try to avoid sugar, prefer jaggery but you can try little bit of sugar & salt also. then increase salt as per taste & normal diet as you & your family used to take.

A. better to give in small quantities to start with. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

A. If you want to introduce sweet you can go for jaggery powder or dates syrup that’s much better than giving you dry white sugar to the child the quantity could be about two teaspoons per day in general if you want to go ahead with salt as per the requirement
