Q.

my baby is 1 year old, i started giving him cow's milk when he was 10 months old. i used to give him 1:1 ratio of water and milk (boiled together). now can i give him milk without adding water ? we have diary's cow milk, not the pasteurized milk.

A. yes, you should gu e cow milk after diluting it, add little less amount of water in it, Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces a day.

A. Once your child is 1 year old, you can start offering him whole (or in some cases, reduced fat) milk to drink. Babies who are younger than 1 year old shouldn't drink cow's milk because their digestive systems are too sensitive to handle large amounts of the proteins in moo juice.
