Q.

My baby is 1 year old I am still breastfeeding her and continue to do so My question is do I need to supplement her with cow milk or formula Her weight gain is normal all the time

A. Dear ma’am, there is no need for any formula. You can absolutely continue to breastfeed as long as you and your baby wants to and also introduce outside milk in less quantity

A. One more thing that concerns me is Do I need to give extra calcium to her ??if she’s not taking outside milk
