My baby is 1 year old. He does not smile or wave at others when taken outside. What can be done?

A. hello baby we just one year old and it can be because the people are new to him and so may not react and if it is the same even with the known people or even with you people then you may check with your doctor once n he will be able to guide do you accordingly which is better
