Q.

my baby is 1 year old but he doesn't chew Anything he just wants to eat only thin consistency food or mashed food, when ever I tried to give him fruit chunks or biscuit pieces he spit it out or vomit...I try to give him thick consistency food but he doesn't eat and vomits sometimes.

A. It happens with most of the babies so try to introduce finger foods for the baby like thin slices of salads fruits puffed rice French fries and gradually the baby will develop habit of chewing

A. Step by step process of increasing the consistency of the food will definitely help. Try making the porridge thick day by day. Introduce rava in the babies diet. Mash rice nicely with hand and give. All these will help.) the babies slowly shows their progress. So be calm and wait for the changes
